SHIPPING INFORMATION

We aim to deliver your MINT Furniture within 5–7 weeks after receiving payment. Delivery may take a little longer around international holidays (like Christmas) or due to customs procedures in your country.

Most orders are shipped via TNT or ACE Logistics and are delivered curbside. If curbside delivery isn’t possible, we’ll get it as close to your home as we can. Please note that moving the furniture from the curb to your home and removing any packing materials or pallets is the customer’s responsibility.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please be ready to receive your order and coordinate with the logistics company for the first delivery attempt. If reshipment is needed, extra charges will apply. If an order is declined and returned to our factory, we’ll send it again once the additional shipping cost is paid.

You will receive a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.
